    DialogueDirect is the world's pioneer in face-to-face field fundraising working on behalf of some of the largest charities and nonprofits in the world.  Our dedicated teams work to engage the public and get them more informed about the work of our charity partners in hopes of bringing in high quality donors.


    As a Fundraiser, your learning will be hands-on. You’ll use your outgoing personality to engage people in conversations about the amazing work our charities do.  You will be focused on quality monthly donor recruitment, in an outdoor setting, to help build our charity partner’s donor base.  You will accomplish this by working alongside a highly motivated team of fundraisers committed to growing a powerful team and in making a change.

    The position requires:

    • Approaching new prospects in the field
    • Donor acquisition through face-to-face communication
    • Pitching the charity in line with campaign messaging
    • Presenting the benefits of supporting varying charitable projects
    • Working in teams while reporting to an experienced and dedicated team manager
    • Progressing from entry level to a leadership role with training and guidance from leaders and team members
